Stories can literally enTRANCE listeners. In this interactive discussion session, experienced tellers and helping professionals are invited to analyze their experience with the "storylistening trance" in the contect of theories based on research in psychology, neurophysiology, and psycholinguistics. Exercises will demonstrate the nonverbal components of storytelling.
